  • Kerala (Domestic): Free shipping on all orders within Kerala.

  • Other States in India: Shipping charges will be borne by the customer and calculated at checkout.

2. Shipping Costs

  • ๐Ÿ’ฐ Paid shipping for all other states in India (charges vary by courier and location)

  • ๐ŸŒ International shipping charges will be communicated before order confirmation


3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1โ€“3 working days after being placed.

  • During festivals, sales, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

  • A shipping confirmation will be sent via email/WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.


4. Shipping Time

  • Kerala Orders: Estimated delivery in 2โ€“7 working days after dispatch.

  • Other States in India: Estimated delivery in 5โ€“12 working days after dispatch.

  • Shipping times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen issues.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp.

  • Tracking details may take 24โ€“48 hours to update.


6. Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, unexpected delays may occur due to:

  • Courier or carrier issues (weather delays, strikes, etc.)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information at checkout

  • Seasonal or regional disruptions

8. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.

  • Livia Fashion will not be responsible for delays, mis-deliveries, or returned packages caused by incorrect addresses.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is marked delivered by the courier, Livia Fashion is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the courier directly or reach out to us โ€” we will do our best to assist.


10. Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide:

    • An unboxing video (without pause)

    • Photos of the damaged product & packaging

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
