2. Replacements (Damaged Products Only)
We provide replacements only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
How to request a replacement:

Assessment: Our team will review the evidence to verify the issue.

Replacement approval: Once approved, we will arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability).
Exclusions:

Damage due to improper handling, washing, or misuse.

Products that have been worn, used, or altered.
3. Refunds

If a replacement is not possible (due to stock unavailability), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In other cases, store credit may be provided.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded:

5. Return Shipping Costs
